” We are all living the true dramas of life. Some of us make our lives harder than they need to be. We create our own difficult drama. We venture on our own, thinking that we are invincible and can find our own way. When we realize that we are lost and not doing so well, we call out to God for help or we give up. So, we have some choices in our lives! When we get lost: we can call out to the Lord, or we can continue floundering around in the dark, or eventually give up. If you can relate to what I’m talking about, aren’t you tired of living this way? How many times have you repeated this cycle in your life? Why even start down the path alone? God has everything you need for your journey. He has even offered to go along with you and keep you safe, like He did for David. Being depressed is a choice. You can choose to immerse yourself in sadness, or you can choose to live as God planned for you. God will let you choose the life you want. He will not get in your way. But the desires of His heart are that you will choose Him. He wants to come along with you and delight in your life.”
